Robert Half Finance is actively searching for a full-time Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join a great client of ours. Your duties will include matching, batching, and coding invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks. Please send resumes to What you get to do every day - Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department - Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies - Produce full-cycle A/P - Complete special projects on an as-needed basis - Open, sort, and deliver department mail on a daily basis - Help with internal and external audits as required - Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents - Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling - Handle the customer service needs of internal business partners
