Lincoln Technical Institute Education Supervisor - Culinary Arts in Columbia, Maryland

Job Descriptions:

Lincoln Technical Institute's Columbia, MD campus has an opportunity for an Education Supervisor in our Culinary Arts program. In this position you will support the Academic Dean and be responsible for our school being in full compliance with all government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures in its delivery of education to the student body and faculty.

Some of your daily responsibilities will consist of:

  • Scheduling and grade management

  • purchasing

  • Conducting class observations and provide orientation and training for instructors

  • Analyzing and summarizing course evaluations and reviewing class evaluations with instructors

  • Perform administrative responsibilities

  • Conduct some classroom teaching

  • Oversee the Externship process and review Externship sites and conduct on-site evaluations

Required Experience:

We look for you to have:

  • Associate‚Äôs Degree - required

  • Must have at least 10 years of experience in the culinary field including different types of venues

  • Must have supervisor experience

This position will require schedule changes to accommodate the coordination of classes, programs and events that occur during early mornings, late evenings and some weekends throughout the year.
