Manpower Group Service Manager - Fire Suppression in Hagerstown, Maryland

A company in Washington County is seeking a fire suppression professional to join their team of dedicated experts. In this position you will coordinate, schedule and monitor new installation, maintenance and repair services for industrial fire extinguisher systems and suppression hoods. Systems include specialized commercial and industrial applications for computer rooms, paint booths, clean rooms, and off-road mobile and intermodal equipment. You will assist in estimating and generating quotes for existing and prospective clients. Your job will require leadership strengths in motivating your team and organizing service delivery effectively.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years' experience in service management, scheduling, estimating

  • Familiarity with fire suppression systems for industrial applications

  • Proven leadership skills, experience in managing a team

  • Proficiency with a scheduling/routing software platform

  • Proficiency with GPS tracking

  • Ability to manage a team of 20 administrative and service personnel

  • Organization and time management skills

This job provides:

  • Starting salary of $60-65,000 per year
