Aerotek Finance Business Analyst in Hanover, Maryland

Aerotek / EASi currently has an opening for a Business Analyst at the corporate office in Hanover, MD.

Position Summary:

This front-office role is focused on providing outstanding support to our business development, delivery, practices, talent acquisition, and operations teams. The EASi Front Office Business Analyst partners with the Assistant Controller and Regional Controller to help develop, manage, maintain, and enforce operational accounting procedures and efficiencies, as well as to track and report on the company's financial and operating performance to ensure that the company maintains its profitability. This person must be action-oriented, deal with ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. From a technical stand-point, the candidate must understand business processes, work-flow and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail, sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and hit deadlines is a must.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Ad hoc reporting requests from Business Development, Delivery, Practices, Talent Acquisition, and Operations, including quarterly and annual reporting for EASi Operations.

Information and data gathering and organization for Assistant and Regional Controllers.

Create, generate, and manage various weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports for Business Development, Delivery, Practices, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and EASi leadership.

Assistance with managing and pulling Agreements, Contract Summaries, SOWs or POs requested by the field and corporate partners.

Compensation management, tracking, and payout for EASi Business Development Managers.

Compensation tracking and updates for EASi FTCs/Contractors - merits and bonuses.

Liaison between EASi related opportunities/engagements and Back Office team for assigned contracts.

Post-Signature identification of compliance issues, invoicing requirements, reporting requirements and other contractual matters.

Partner with Contract Compliant Specialist to track contract termination, non-compete, non-solicit and confidentiality period dates.

Create and monitor customer or center specific burdens.

Work with Back Office, Project Analyst, and EASi PMO teams to update EASi Customer Summary SharePoint page(s) as needed.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • The completion of a Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to Business or Finance.

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability.

  • Ability to manage time, multi-task and excel in a deadline-oriented environment.

  • Experience in the areas of report and query development is a plus.

  • Experience with InfoPath, SharePoint, and PeopleSoft query is a plus.

  • At least two years in a business/financial/accounting role with Allegis Group or another company.
