Defense Systems Acquisition Specialist, Lead

Key Role:

Provide Acquisition Analyst support to the Joint Precision Approach and Landing System (JPALS) program. Support the engineering effort as JPALS approaches test, System Verification Review (SVR), System Requirements Review (SRR), Production Readiness Review (PRR), Milestone C and beyond acquisition milestones. Support requirements analysis, Systems Engineering and Technical Review (SETR) event preparation and coordination, and risk management. Assist with acquisition activities tied to transition to production.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with the Naval Air (NAVAIR) Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process

-Experience with planning, managing and coordinating technical and contract requirements

-Experience with supporting NAVAIR programs through the DoD Acquisition Milestone Process

-Ability to work independently and within a team

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
